1. Please contact our office for the initial (first time) set up of your Portal Account.

Since your Smart Vault account can be used only with ONE email address, please use that email address when requesting our office for Smart Vault Portal enrollment.

2. Please scan with the scanner (please do NOT use the Cell Phone photos) and combine all your tax documents into one SINGLE PDF.  

3. To help you combine the documents in their proper order, please use the below mentioned guidelines:
